Naturally Alkaline
Some people believe water with a higher than average pH is healther. If you think your water needs an alkaline boost you can now raise water pH the way Nature intended - naturally.
To increase alkalinitysimply add our Alkaline Booster Cartridge "E" containing natural pH boosting calcium and magnesium minerals. This is how alkaline water is produced in Nature and, unlike other processes, waters delicate energetic balance is maintained.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Municipal water pH is generally within a very healthy pH range of 6.5 to 8.0. We only recommend using the Alkaline Cartridge if incoming water is mineral deficient, such as rainwater or if using demineralised water from Reverse Osmosis systems.

Cartridge Health Monitor
With the Series 5 you never need to worry about drinking water from a cartridge past its use-by-date or be left wondering when a cartridge change is due.
An attractive, easy to read digital display constantly monitors water flow and filter life right down to the individual cartridge level.
The status-life bar slowly decreases with time and water use so that when a cartridge change is due an audible alarm will sound and flash to remind you to replace.

Customisable
It doesn't matter if your water is from a municipal, tank or well source, or if your preference is for fluoride in or fluoride removal, the Series 5 can be quickly and easily configured to meet your specific needs.
The Series 5 is a multi-stage filtration system with anywhere from five and up to nine (Series 5 PRO + Fluoride Free) individual cartridge stages.
Cartridges are interchangeable and upgradeable so the unit can be tailored to suit your individual water quality needs..

One-Touch Change
Our filters are designed using a 'one twist' system so they can be easily changed by anyone aged from eight to eighty. No plumber or specialist tools are required.
All cartridges are colour coded and clearly labelled so identifying which cartridge goes where could not be easier. And, when it comes time to change cartridges the Series 5 is safer too.
All filtration media (the stuff inside the cartridge that captures all the nasties) is enclosed within its own sanitary housing. Bacteria, E.Coli and Cysts are safely locked away so you don't have to worry about accidental contamination. Simply twist, click, pull and replace.

Flexible Installation Options
The Series 5 is designed to cater to both home owners, renters, caravans, campers and boats.
It can be easily installed as a countertop filter one day and converted at anytime to an undersink unit attaching to dedicated drinking water faucets and ultra-modern three and four way mixer taps.
We can even supply the necessary fittings so you can make additional connection to an underbench chiller, boiler, fridge and ice-maker.

BugFree BioSafe
No matter what contaminant might accidentally creep into your water supply from broken pipes or a breakdown at the processing plant a Series 5 will protect the quality and safety of your drinking water.
Space-age 'hollow fibre' technology in the Series 5 offers 0.2 micron virus level filtration performance. You and your family are protected from the widest possible range of bacterial contaminants including, E.Coli, Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
In ordinary water filters the lines that carry filtered water can sometimes become host to biofilm (an algal like) contamination. The Series 5 range incorporates BioSilver impregnated hoses that eliminate this problem.

Note: All tests in accordance with NSF/ANSI standards 42 & 53 for reduction of the substances listed. The concentration of the individual substances in water entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in the NSF 42 & 53 standard.

2. The carbon block in the Wellness Series 5 is rated for 1 micron nominal filtration. The 'Hollow Fibre' Cartridge 'C' is rated at 1 micron absolute and 0.2 microns nominal. a. Chloroform was used as a surrogate for claims of reduction of VOCs. Cartridges tested at >99.8% actual reduction of Chloroform. Maximum allowable for claim under standard.
b. Filter life will vary in proportion to the level of impurities in the water being treated. For optimum performance replace filter: (a) annually; (b) at 3,600 Litres; (c) the flow rate diminishes; (d) the filter becomes saturated with bad tastes and odors

Undersink Option
To save valuable kitchen counter space the Series 5 can be installed either above or below the kitchen counter. All you need to do is select the Undersink Kit option and add your Faucet of choice.
Installing undersink opens up a wide range of dedicated drinking and mixing faucet options plus you can also make a secondary connections from the filter to your fridge/ice maker, chiller or boiler d
If you purchase a standard Countertop unit today don't worry as you can convert to an undersink installation at any point in time in the future.
Installation
The compact dimensions of Series 5 means it can be easily installed in even the smallest spaces with typical installation times of around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on individual circumstances
While the system is capable of being self-installed we strongly recommend using a plumber. The Undersink Adaptor Kit has all the parts needed to quickly connect to the filter up to your cold water supply..
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your cold water line is 'hard copper' with no flexible hose connectors to your cold water tap then a plumber is required by law to install.

Countertop
No plumber or plumbing is required to install the Series 5 on your kitchen counter. Simply connect the Diverter Valve to the aerator section at the end of your kitchen spout.
An easy to operate, long-life push-pin diverter valve, made of food grade, lead free stainless steel, is supplied as standard in all Countetop systems. This fitting is designed to attach to most thread styles found around the world.
We also include an additional male/female adaptor in case your faucet thread is on the inside of the spout.
